A photo series depicting the final years in and around of one of south wales' most popular tourist hot spots, coney beach in porthcawl, bridgend. A rich part of the county borough's history, it has been in operation since 1920 and was initially built to entertain American troops returning from the first world war.
In the autumn of 2023, bridgend county borough council announced the closure of the site, which would make way for new housing and retail developments.
